A. - The shopping is amazing, with extensive product range that is comparable to most 1st world countries. The Japanese tourists will fly to Seoul for shopping weekends/expeditions as it is cheaper than Tokyo.

A. Depending on the resort, they most likely have slopes/runs dedicated to night activities. One tip, rug up and avoid windy nights.
