O2 Ski Resort is situated near the small city of Taebaek, approximately a 3.5 hour drive from Seoul, where locals say the first snow falls and the last snow melts. Nestled high into the Taebaek Mountain Range, the resort provides a beautiful winter backdrop of postcard pictures. With state of the art infrastructure and on-resort facilities, this is a great family resort.

There are a total of 12 slopes of varying experience levels, which split at the top and then rejoin at the base of the mountain; a 3.2km long beginners slope, a kids park and a sledding hill. Facilities include a ski house at the bottom of the mountain complete with ticket office, equipment rental, ski school, ski patrol, lockers and eateries. The road climbing up the back of the resort takes you to the casino and condominium complexes, which are perched high at cloud level and enjoy magnificent views. The resort has a number of restaurants and cafeterias on site, retail stores, spa and massage services, games zone and a convenience store.

Ten minutes down the road to the village of Taebaek and you will find other accommodation options, restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Taebaek is also a great base to discover other tourist spots in this beautiful part of Korea including Hambaeksan Mountain, Hwongji Pond and Taebaeksan Provincial Park.
